• Video content: Video files you upload for technique analysis.
• Coach information: Email addresses of coaches you invite to review sessions.

• Usage data: How you interact with the app (pages visited, features used).

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered rowing technique analysis
• Generate personalised training plans
• Send coach review invitations on your behalf
• Maintain and improve the application
• Process subscription payments
• Communicate important updates about your account

Videos you upload are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of AI technique analysis. We do not share your videos with third parties, and videos may be deleted upon request. AI analysis is performed by our integrated AI provider and the results are stored in your account.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• AI analysis providers: To process video and generate technique feedback.
• Payment processors: To handle subscription billing securely.
• Coaches you invite: Session data and video are shared with coach email addresses you explicitly provide.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Videos and session data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls to protect your information.

OarER is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to:
